Because we are relatively small and there are many tasks involved in converting a bus into a camper, no day is the same for our employees. We want our employees to have space and freedom, so we try to be as flexible as possible with the days and hours you work. Our previous employee put it nicely, 'it doesn't feel like I'm going to work, but like I'm going to enjoy some handywork.
